- How long does it take to get my website live?
- Most standard websites are ready in 10 to 15 business days once we have everything we need from you. Timelines can shift if information or photos are delayed.
- What if I need more than four pages?
- We will let you know during your consultation and offer a straightforward quote for the additional pages or a custom plan.
- Do I own my website?
- Yes. You own your domain and your content. After your setup is complete, you have full rights to use your website for your business.
- Who owns the domain?
- You do. We help you connect and configure it, but the domain stays in your name and under your control.
- What counts as a small monthly update?
- Things like a new phone number, a price change, a new photo, or a short paragraph of text. Bigger changes are quoted separately before we start.
- What if I want to cancel?
- After your first 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
- Do you write the content for my site?
- We polish and organize the content you provide. If you need original content written from scratch, we are happy to give you a quote for that separately.
- Can I see examples of your work?
- Yes. You can view our portfolio, and some pages are labeled as concept work created to show what is possible.
